Fees will be imposed for deposit discrepancies and adjustments made at CO-OP Network Vcom-owned ATMs in the United States. For deposits made at CO-OP ATMs, the owner will impose a fee of $2.00 per item if an adjustment is processed due to one of the following discrepancies in the deposit: the currency appears to be counterfeit; the deposit contents do not equal the deposit amount in U.S. dollars, as entered into the ATM; an item is unsigned by the maker; an item is dated more than six months prior to the date of deposit; the numerical and written amounts do not agree; the deposit is over $1,000 and contains an obvious alteration. For each adjustment initiated for deposit items processed and subsequently returned, the ATM owner will impose a fee of $6.00 per item at the time the adjustment is processed. The standard daily limit at CO-OP ATMs is $10,000 per card, per business day.

Non-electronic transactions are defined as checks processed and in-branch transfers, deposits, and withdrawals. Up to 12 checks for deposit at a branch will count as one transaction.

As of 04/26/2025, cashRewards Secured card rate is 18.00% APR and will vary with the market based on the U.S. Prime Rate. All other Navy Federal credit card rates range from 10.99% APR to 18.00% APR, are based on product type and creditworthiness, and will vary with the market based on the U.S. Prime Rate. ATM cash advance fees: None if performed at a Navy Federal branch or ATM. Otherwise, $0.50 per domestic transaction or $1.00 per foreign transaction. $49 annual fee for Visa Signature® Flagship Rewards.

Your purchase of Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) is optional. Whether or not you purchase GAP will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any existing credit agreement you have with Navy Federal. You may choose to pay the fee in a single lump sum or you may finance it into your loan, which would increase the cost (NOTE: California Active Duty and Active Reserve Duty servicemembers cannot finance the fee). If you cancel your optional GAP coverage within 60 days of enrollment, you will receive a full refund of any fees. Additional information will be provided to you, which will include a copy of the GAP Agreement and Disclosure (NFCU23A) containing the terms of the plan. There are eligibility requirements, conditions, and exclusions that could prevent you from receiving benefits under the plan. You should carefully review the additional information for a full explanation of terms.

Special Freedom Lock is available for new applications on purchase and refinance loans at no additional fee for a 60-day lock. You must request the Special Freedom Lock option during the initial lock request. You may request a lower rate no more than two (2) times, with a maximum cumulative interest rate reduction of 0.50%. You must monitor rates to decide when to exercise the option to lower the rate. All requests for a lower rate must occur at least seven (7) calendar days before closing.
