Navy Federal Names New Chief Human Resources Officer
VIENNA, Va. (December 10, 2020) – Navy Federal Credit Union announced today that Holly Kortright has been hired to serve as chief human resources officer. In her role, Kortright will be responsible for driving the human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, performance management, training and development, and benefits and compensation. Kortright replaces Angela Culbertson, who is retiring after 37 years with Navy Federal.

I'm confident that Holly is the right person to lead our human resources team.”
Kortright brings with her an extensive knowledge of leading human resources teams. Prior to joining Navy Federal, she most recently served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Ellucian. Other previous roles include senior vice president of human resources at Deltek, Inc. and vice president of human resources at Capital One Financial Corporation.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in human resources management from Indiana University.
